How to make it
Bash the shrimps with the back of a knife blade, then chop into dices.
Stir and mix all the ingredients (except siu mai wrappers) and seasonings for 1 minute. Then refrigeratefor 30 minutes.
Placethe filling in the middle of wrapper and wrap it. Press against the fillings with a spoon.
Steam for 8-10 minutes over high heat.
