Baked Garlic Baby Back Ribs

How to make it

  1. Smash the garlic cloves into paste and set aside

    Wash the ribs thoroughy and pat dry, add chicken powder, garlic paste, garlic powder, sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and Shaoxing wine and mix well

  2. Add potato starch and mix well. Add egg white and mix well, marinate for at least 6 hours
  3. Heat up the butter to melt.
  4. Line the baking pans with aluminium foil and set the baking rack, place the ribs on the rack, brush half of the melted butter on the ribs, bake in the middle rack of pre-heated to 200oven for 10 minutes. 
  5. Flip over the ribs, brush the rest of the melted butter, then put back into the middle rack of the 200℃ oven, bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Dice the chili

    Remove the ribs and put on plate, garnish with chili and chopped green onion and serve.
