Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce Pack contains Char Siu Sauce Pack, Finishing Sauce, Rice Wine and Malt Syrup. Simply add 450g ingredients and you can make classic Cantonese-style Char Siu at home easily.

Classic Cantonese-Style Char Siu

Ingredients:
- 450g Pork fillet

Seasoning:
- 1 Pouch Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce Pack

Method:
1. Cut 450 g of pork fillet into two long strips, marinate with Char Siu Sauce Pack and Rice Wine for 4 hours
2. Put in preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes#.
3. Take out the char siu and brush with Finishing Sauce, bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes#.
4. Added Malt Syrup on top evenly and bake for 2 minutes, ready to serve.
Tips: To make the char siu more tender, you can use pork belly instead of the pork fillet.

Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Rice Wine (Water, Rice, Wine Yeast Cake (Contains Rice, Soybeans)), Water, Honey, Malt Syrup (Rice, Barley Malt), Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Salt, Colour (E150a), Modified Corn Starch, Sesame Paste, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Dehydrated Garlic, Ginger, Spices, Flavour Enhancers (E631, E627).
