  • Celery 120 g [cut into pieces]
  • Carrot 120 g [cut into pieces]

Marinade

  • Dry Sherry 1 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 250 mL

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil.
  3. Add vegetables and sauce mix. Cook on low heat for about 25 minutes until sauce thickens.
