How to make it

  1. Remove the shell of the century egg. Cut into 8 pieces and lay them on a plate.
  2. De-seed the pepper and slice diagonally. Arrange them on the century egg.
  3. Mix the seasoning well. Taste and drizzle on pepper and egg.

  4. Tips:

    Deseed the pepper to lower the spiciness. After removing the shell, rinse the century egg with hot water to ensure cleanliness.
