- Cucumber 150 g
- Bean vermicelli sheets 100 g [cut into pieces]
- Chilli 10 g [Red, shredded]
Seasoning
- Lee Kum KeePremium Soy Sauce 6 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp

How to make it

Peel the cucumber and cut into short strips.

Cut the bean cermicelli sheets into pieces, blanch in boiling water, drain and cool.

Wrap cucumber and red chilli in bean vermicelli sheets. Roll and serve with the seasoning mix.
