Cut the tofu into cubes, coat evenly with the fried powder, then deep-fry in hot oil until golden (or pan-fry in a skillet).
Serve with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce for dipping.
Tips: You can also cook this in an air fryer for a quicker and easier option. You can use Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Chilli Sauce, or use Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce on its own — both will give you the same delicious result.
