How to make it

Mix salmon fillet with marinade.
Pan-fry salmon fillet in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.  Put on a serving plate.
Saute mushrooms in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add sauce mix, heat through and pour over fried salmon fillet.  Serve with cooked spinach or green vegetables.
