How to make it
Mix the minced pork and minced pork seasoning until sticky and refrigerate for 15 minutes, set aside.
Divide the meat into 15 portions, then knead them into meatballs.
Put all the ingredients (except meatballs and sprouts) into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the soup base seasonings and sprouts and bring to boil.
