What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • Shiitake mushroom, carrot and baby corn (sliced) 100 g
  • Blanched seafood 200 g
  • Water 50 mL

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Thai Green Curry Sauce 1 Jar

How to make it

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil to sauté mixture of sliced shiitake mushrooms, carrots and baby corn.
  2. Add blanched seafood, green curry sauce and water.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
