How to make it
Pat dry the pork ribs, brush on the marinade, then marinate for at least 1 hour.
Take out the ribs and keep the marinade. Place the ribs on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes at 200°c.
Bring the marinade and honey to boil. Turn to low heat until sauce thickens. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Brush the ribs with the sauce. Grill at 180°c for 10 minutes.
After brushing on the sauce, cover the ribs with aluminum foil to avoid burning.
