How to make it

  1. Boil a pot of water, add in the ginger slices. Cook for 5 minutes on over medium heat.

  2. Add vinegar and lemon juice. Turn into low heat and boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  3. Let cool and mix with honey.
  4. Tips:

    1. Excessive heat can destroy the nutritional value of honey and make the taste sour. Therefore, let it cool before mix with honey.

    2.There are variations on the type of lemon, the proportion of honey may adjust to personal taste.

    3. Avoid drinking vinegar on an empty stomach. Suggest to drink 1 hour after a meal.
