  • Lee Kum Kee Korean Style Spicy Concentrated Broth 1 pack
  • Water 1.5 L
  • Kimchi 100 g
  • Instant noodles 2 pcs
  • Sausage 4 pcs, sliced
  • Luncheon meat 1 can, sliced
  • Korean rice cake 80 g
  • Cheese slice 2 pcs
  • Baked beans 1 small can
  • Tofu 200 g
  • Brown Beech Mushrooms 100 g
  • Green onion to serve, cut diagonally

How to make it

  1. Bring Korean Style Spicy Concentrated Broth and water to boil. Add rice cakes.
  2. Add luncheon meat, sausage, then noodles, kimchi, and finally tofu, mushroom, baked beans and cheese. Sprinkle with green onion, then serve.
  3. Tips: Korean instant noodles are more resistant to cooking and are therefore suitable for stewing.
