How to make it

  1. Cut the chicken thigh meat into large bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the marinade ingredients and mix well.
  2. Combine the cornstarch, frying powder, and oil in the bowl. Stir and coat the chicken pieces evenly with the batter.
  3. Heat the oil to 180°C and fry the chicken pieces for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  4. Plate the chicken and add the Korean Style Sweet Chili Chicken Sauce and white sesame seeds.
  5. Tip: You can use ready-to-eat fried chicken to replace the cumbersome frying steps.
