How to make it
Place the chicken breasts into a freezer bag along with 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Lemon Pepper Grilling & Dipping Sauce and lemon juice. Mix the chicken with the sauce and let that marinate for a few hours before grilling.
Preheat grill over medium heat. Place the chicken on the grill and cook on one side for 10 minutes until crispy and browned. Turnover and cook for another 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
Take off the grill and plate it along with a drizzle of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling & Dipping Sauce, sliced green onion, toasted sesame seeds (optional) and a few slices of lemon.
Serve right away while hot. Optional: you can serve chicken with a side of rice or a salad.
