  • Cucumber 80g (Shredded)

How to make it

  1. Bring the water to boil, cook the udon for 2 minutes.
  2. Take out and place in cold water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
  3. Place the crab stick and cucumber on udon. Add sauce and mix well. Ready to serve.
