How to make it

Chop the shallots and mix with the ingredients of honey vinegar sauce. Set aside for later use.
Wash the salad vegetables and cherry tomato. Dry and set aside for later use.
Drizzle some mayonnaise sauce on long plate together with salad vegetables and cherry tomato. Sprinkle with crushed macadamia nuts. Served with honey vinegar sauce.
