Marinate the prawns for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in medium heat, saute the ginger until fragrant.
Add in the prawns and pan-fry until golden yellow, stir in minced garlic.
Add in seasonings and stir well. Leave for 1 minute with lid closed and garnish with green onion.
