How to make it
Soak the tofu with water for a while, cut into pieces, pat dry with kitchen paper, deep-fry until both sides golden, set aside.
Heat the pan, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, stir fry the roasted pork belly, then add tofu, carrot and water.
Mix the oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and corn starch water as the sauce.
Sprinkle with green onion. Ready to serve.
Tip:
1. Soak the tofu with water may avoid tofu getting sour.
2. Pat dry the tofu before deep-fry may avoid the hot oil spewing out from the pan.
