How to make it

  1. Mix and boil the mushroom cream soup, abalone sauce and water, then pour the mixture into 2 bowls. 
  2. Add 2 abalones into each bowl of soup, cover with puff pastry.

  3. Brush the pastry with egg wash, bake at 180°C for 5 minutes until the pastry surface is crispy. 
  4. Tips: Mix and match with your favourite ingredients, such as mushrooms and herbs to enhance the taste.
