What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • Ramen 160 g
  • Pork chop 100 g
  • Water 300 mL
  • Carrot (Slices) 30 g
  • Bean sprouts (Cooked) 50 g

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Thai Green Curry Sauce 1 Jar

How to make it

  1. Cook ramen in boiling water until cooked, arrange in a bowl.
  2. Punch boneless pork chop with marinade for 20 minutes. Pan fry until cooked, slice and arrange on the noodles.
  3. Heat green curry with water until boiled, add carrot slices and bean sprouts. Cook through and pour over ramen to serve.
