Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain, and set aside.

Steam the crab until fully cooked, then extract the crab roe and crab meat. Set them aside separately.

Heat oil in a pan, add half of the diced onions, and stir-fry until aromatic. Add 3 tablespoons of Crunchy Garlic Chilli Oil and the crab roe. Turn the heat to low, stir-fry until fragrant, then transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in the pan again and saute the remaining diced onions until aromatic. Add the cooked pasta, crab meat, and the prepared crab roe oil, tossing well. Pour in the whipping cream, additional chilli crisp toppings, and shredded cheese, tossing until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt to taste, transfer to a plate, and serve!
