What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • Spiral pasta 120 g
  • Water 300 mL
  • Assorted vegetables 50 g
  • Cooked ham (1 pc) 50 g
  • Egg 1 pc

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Coconut Curry Sauce 1 Jar

How to make it

  1. Cook spiral pasta according to packet instruction, drain and arrange in a bowl.
  2. Heat coconut curry with water until boiled, add assorted vegetables and pour over the pasta.
  3. Top with a slice of cooked ham and 1 pc of pan-fried egg or boiled egg to serve hot.
