How to make it

  1. Arrange eggplant on a serving plate. Steam over high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Drain away excess liquid.
  3. Saute green onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and bring to the boil.
  4. Pour over eggplant.
