How to make it

  1. Put fish on sectioned green onions. Steam for 7 minutes or until done. Drain off excess liquid.
  2. Place shredded green onion and ginger on top of the fish. Pour over hot oil and Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood.
  3. Remarks: Bass or pom-fret can be used.
