How to make it

Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil with medium high heat and pour the oil onto the garlic and chili.Set asideand let cooled.

Cut off thepleopod androstrum of the tiger prawns

Devein prawn by having a slight cut at the back and wash the prawns.
Drain the vermicelli and put it on the plate. Place the prawns on top. Spoon the ingredients in step 2 intothe back of the prawns.

Steam for 5-6 minutes with medium heat.

Pour the soy sauce and sprinkle spring onions onto the dish and serve.
