  • Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder, some

How to make it

  1. Cut tofu into 6 pieces and place on a plate.
  2. Peel and cut the back of the shrimp and mix with white pepper powder and corn starch. Place them on the tofu.
  3. Steam over high heat for 5 minutes. Take out and drain water from the plate.
  4. Mix salt reduced salt soy sauce and sesame oil well and pour. Add green onion and serve.

    When peeling shrimps, keep the tails and look more attractive.
