  • Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 90 g
  • Baby corn 90 g
  • Carrot (s) 5 slices
  • Ginger (s) 2 slices

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1/4 tsp
  • Water 175 ml
  • Corn starch 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp

Basic Cooking Sauce

How to make it

  1. Cut ends of asparagus. Cook in boiling water with little salt and oil for 3 minutes. Drain and arrange on a serving plate. Keep warm.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute ginger until fragrant. Add black mushrooms, baby corn, carrot and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens. Pour over asparagus
