  • String beans 300 g [sectioned]
  • Minced Pork 90 g
  • Chopped shallot 1 ½ tbsp
  • Chopped red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 2 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Spicy Chilli Stir-Fry Sauce 1 ½ tbsp

How to make it

  1. Cook string beans in boiling water for about 2 minutes until tender. Drain.
  2. Sauté garlic, shallot and red chilli in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add minced pork and stir-fry until done.
  3. Add string beans and Spicy Chilli Stir-Fry Sauce. Stir well until heated through.
