How to make it

  1. Cook scallops in boiling water until done. Drain.
  2. Blanch broccoli and carrot in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Saute minced garlic in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.
  4. Add scallops, broccoli, carrot, sauce mix and heat through.
  5. Scallops can be replaced by prawns or squid.
