How to make it

Whisk the egg. On low heat, pan-frythe turnip cake into golden colour. Set aside.
Stir fry the garlic. Add in green pepper and carrot until almost done, then add the diced turnip cake and season with oyster sauce. 
Add in the egg to the side of the pan and fry until done. Mix inbean sprouts and sprinkle with green onion to finish. 

Tips:

Dice the turnip cake into big chunks to avoid small broken pieces. The caramelized edge of the turnip cake will be crispier.
