Lee Kum Kee 9° Selected Rice Vinegar is made from brewing quality rice using liquid-state fermentation process. The vinegar is pure in flavour with a 9% acidity, and combines well with all dishes without being overpowering. It is equally well-suited for pickling, as a dressing, for stir-frying, or as a dip.
