How to make it

Heat a pan on medium-high and add scallions until it turns light brown in colour.
Prepare a saucepan, add in the mixture of seasoning sauce and shredded ginger until its boiled. Turn to medium-low heat after adding tilapia until fully cooked, drench the fish from time to time to keep the color brighter. 
Serve the seared Tilapia on the plate, topped with sauce and shredded ginger.
