Lee Kum Kee Selected Aromatic Vinegar is brewed from carefully-selected rice using traditional solid-state fermentation process. With its rich aroma and its subtly sweet aftertaste, it is equally well-suited for pickling, as a dressing, for stir-frying, or as a dip.
