How to make it

  1. Mix minced pork with marinade.
  2. Rinse the rice and add into rice cooker with water. Place the sliced potatoes around the minced pork at the surface of the rice. Then start the rice cooker.
  3. After the rice is cooked, add green onion and egg. Cover for 2 more minutes and mix well and serve hot.
  4. Season with extra oyster sauce to taste.
