  • Medium pears 4 pieces
  • White wine 300ml
  • Sugar 200g
  • Cinnamon stick 10g
  • Water 500ml
  • Dry Chinese orange peel (optional) 10g

How to make it

  1. Peel and de-core the pears. Soak dry Chinese orange peel in water and set aside.
  2. Boil cinnamon stick and sugar in water until light golden in colour.
  3. Lower the heat and add in pears, white wine and Plum Sauce. Cook for 10 minutes until pears becomes tender and soft. Serve.
