How to make it

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Shredded the potatoes and cook in boiling water. Then soak the shredded potatoes in water for several minutes.
  3. Drain shredded potatoes and mix well with the sauces.
  4. Garnish with Dried chilli and coriander.
