How to make it

To make an egg sheet, pan fry the egg beat using a little bit of oil. Shred eggs in to fine strips and set aside
Cook the instant noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and ladle in a bowl.
Add all ingredients and seasoning mix into the noodles. Toss well to serve hot.
