  • Instant Noodles 2 pc (200g)
  • Ham, shredded 100g
  • Carrot, shredded 50g
  • Green Onion, shredded 2 pcs
  • Egg, beaten 2 pcs

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. To make an egg sheet, pan fry the egg beat using a little bit of oil. Shred eggs in to fine strips and set aside
  2. Cook the instant noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and ladle in a bowl.
  3. Add all ingredients and seasoning mix into the noodles. Toss well to serve hot.
