Lee Kum Kee Premium XO Sauce with Abalone features an upgraded recipe with 2x abalone content*. Expertly crafted with selected dried scallops, Chinese ham and dried shrimp, then finely blended with premium abalone for rich, layered umami. Enjoy as an appetizer, or spoon it over dim sum, noodles, congee and sushi; it also brightens fried rice and stir‑fries.
