How to make it

  1. Cook the multigrain rice with 200ml water. Let cooled and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in medium heat, saute sakura shrimp until fragrant.
  3. Mix multigrain rice, sakura shrimp, crab roe and sushi vinegar. Take 1 portion and knead as rice ball.
  4. Pack the abalone into the rice ball and wrap around with nori.
