Abalone XO Deviled Eggs and Ikura

How to make it

  1. Cut the eggs in half and gently remove the egg yolks to a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix the egg yolks with the mayonnaise, sauce of LKK Abalone in Sweet Braising Sauce and LKK XO Sauce.

  3. Re-fill the cooked egg whites with the egg yolk filling.

  4. Use a blow torch to lightly char the abalone to get BBQ flavor.

  5. Place the abalone on top of the egg yolk mixture and then spoon on some ikura.
