How to make it

Mix minced pork and rolled oats with marinade.  Make into 15 small balls.  Dust lightly with corn starch.

Place the meatballs in the basket of the air fryer and cook 10 minutes in 180°C. Turn around the meatballs with the chopsticks and cook for 5 minutes in 200°C. Set aside.

Heat the oil wok and fry the bell peppers. Add the sweet and sour sauce and meatballs and mix well.Sprinkle with coriander.
