Place the meatballs in the basket of the air fryer and cook 10 minutes in 180°C. Turn around the meatballs with the chopsticks and cook for 5 minutes in 200°C. Set aside.
Heat the oil wok and fry the bell peppers. Add the sweet and sour sauce and meatballs and mix well. Sprinkle with coriander.
