  • Squid (s) 120 g [cut into rings]
  • Hon shimeji and button mushrooms 150 gcut into pieces
  • Onion(s) 50 g [cut into rings]
  • Carrot (s) 50 g [sliced]

  • Lee Kum Kee Coconut Curry Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 125 ml

How to make it

  1. Cook angel hair in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender.
  2. Drain and put on a serving plate
  3. Stir-fry squid, onion and carrot in 2 tbsp oil until done.
  4. Add mixed mushrooms, sauce mix and heat through.
  5. Pour over angel hair
