How to make it

  1. Prepare sauce by mixing sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar. 

  2. Wash asparagus, blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds. Cool asparagus in an ice bath.
  3. Cut into small pieces. Drizzle some sauce on top and garnish with sesame seeds.
