What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • Bacon 3 strips
  • Avocados (medium-size, ripe) 2 pcs

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo 1/4 cup
  • Lime juice 4 tsp.

How to make it

  1. In a saute pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Allow it to cool down slightly, rough chop into pea-size pieces.
  2. Cut open avocado, remove pit, scoop flesh into a medium-size bowl, and smash with a wooden spoon.
  3. Add Sriracha Mayo, lime juice, bacon, and mix well. Add more lime juice if needed.
  4. Serve as a dip for chips or French fries.
