How to make it

  1. Deep-fry bean curd in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain.
  2. Stir-fry broccoli and carrot in 2 tbsp oil. Add bean curd and sauce mix. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
