How to make it

  1. Wash and blanch beef brisket (600g) into boiling wate, drain and set aside. 
  2. Heat the oil in wok, add the beef brisket and Sauce for Braised Meat in Local Style and stir fry about 2 minutes. 
  3. Add Spices Pack for Braised Meat and water, bring it to boil. Simmer the beef brisket under low heat for about 2 hours. Then add the white radish, simmer the white radish and beef until soft and serve.
  4. Tips: Stewing time is around 2 hours, will vary according to the size of the meat.
    Tips: It is recommended to use American beef ribs so that the cooking time will be shorter.
