Braised Chicken Wings with Red Braising Sauce

- Chicken wings [middle joint] 300 g
- Green onion 2 pcs [sectioned]
- Ginger 2 pcs
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce 6tbsp
- Water 200 mL

How to make it
Score the chicken meat.
Saute ginger and green onion in 1 tbsp oil, stir in chicken wings and toss well.
Pour in seasoning mix and braise for 10 minutes until cooked. Boil until sauce thickened.
