Braised Pork Belly
Sauté ingredients like chicken wings or pork belly pieces in oil with ginger until golden. Add 1 portion of Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce and 5 portions of water, cover and bring to boil. Simmer until ingredients are cooked. Lastly cook over high heat to thicken the sauce.
